Chiara Cultrera has been the Head of Coordination at Reproclinic in Barcelona, Spain, since 2004. She studied French and English literature at the University of Rome "La Sapienza."

She began working in the field of fertility in 2005 as a medical assistant. It was her first job, and through listening to the stories of many women and couples, she came to understand the challenges of the fertility journey. Over the years, she has recognized how crucial it is to provide patients with compassionate care, support, and empathy.

Chiara feels fortunate to work with an outstanding team of doctors, embryologists, nurses, and colleagues who teach her something new every day. She takes great pride in the work they do together.
