Dr Claudia Mika, is the Executive Committee of the European Fertility Society (EFS) and Certification Committee Chair as well as Founder and CEO of Temos International Healthcare Accreditation, a Germany-based organization dedicated to improving quality in healthcare through international accreditation.

With a long-standing commitment to developing robust accreditation standards, Dr Mika has supported healthcare organizations around the world in strengthening their quality management and risk management systems—from Brazil to the Philippines. Her work is grounded in global collaboration and a deep understanding of diverse healthcare environments.

She regularly advises professional associations and governmental institutions on topics such as healthcare quality, patient experience, and the management of care for international patients.

Dr Mika serves as Vice Chair of the Diplomatic Council Healthcare Forum, contributed to the 2018 Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Medical Tourism Conference as a member of its Scientific Board, and has been a judge for the International Medical Travel Journal (IMTJ) Awards since 2013.
