Dr Bárbara Lotti

Dr Bárbara Lotti is a Fertility Specialist at WeFIV, Argentina. She is a board-certified OB/GYN and fertility specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of reproductive medicine. She completed her medical degree with honours at the University of Buenos Aires and went on to specialize in obstetrics, gynaecology, and assisted reproductive technologies.

Furthermore, she trained at leading fertility centres, including IVI Buenos Aires, and earned her specialization in Reproductive Medicine from the Argentine Society of Reproductive Medicine. Today, she is part of the expert medical team at WeFIV, a state-of-the-art fertility clinic based in Buenos Aires that supports patients from around the world.

Known for her scientific rigour and compassionate approach, Dr. Lotti has contributed to several international conferences and publications, and continues to help patients fulfil their dream of building a family with personalized and evidence-based care.

Yesica Méndez

Yesica Méndez has more than two decades of experience leading the transformation of medical institutions through strategic innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care. She currently serves as Managing Partner at WeFIV, a leading fertility clinic in Latin America, where she plays a key role in shaping the clinic's long-term vision, enhancing operational performance, and elevating the patient experience.
Her professional journey spans Finance, Operations, and General Management in the healthcare sector, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams. Yesica brings a unique perspective by integrating cutting-edge technologies under the concepts of Clinics 5.0 and Patient 5.0, prioritizing quality, empathy, and efficiency in every aspect of care delivery.
Beyond her role at WeFIV, Yesica is an advocate for women's health innovation. As an entrepreneur and regional consultant, she was selected to join the SingularityU Chapter Buenos Aires among 500 candidates, where she contributes to designing the future of women's health in Latin America.
